Do I have to derive from one of your products?
On the products webpage and in the notepad file after purchase it will tell you if it is required to derive from Kisa by supplying a link for you to do so. You may also derive from my other heads that have the pink icon with a head name. Example
Can I set my products as derivable?
You may not set your products as derivable unless it specifies in the notepad file that is provided in the purchase or on the products webpage. 3d Meshes bought in the Meshes category are allowed to be set as derivable but may still require to be derived from a product in the Kisa catalog. Please read the notepad file that is provided after purchase to make sure.
I bought some patterns what am I allowed to do with them?
You can use them to create clothing for you IMVU shop - in your advertisements and on your banners. You are not allowed to share the files or sell them in the same manner as I do. There is no derivation requirement to use them(you do not have to derive from me to use).
Can I edit the files?
Yes you may edit to your hearts content, just make sure you leave the watermarks.
Am I allowed to share the files I buy?
No you are not allowed. Reselling, sharing, distributing, or duplicating any of the products from this website is strictly prohibited.
What if I lose my files?
All products come with a maximum of 3 download attempts to ensure that you have a backup in case you misplace your files. In the event that the product is misplaced or deleted, customers will need to make a new purchase to regain access to the product. It is highly recommended to regularly back up your files to avoid any loss.
Are there discounts for my Alt accounts?
No there will be no discounts offered to alt accounts.
Do you take refunds?
Due to the nature of the product being digital, refunds will not be given. For more details click Here
Can I use the files I buy on my other accounts?
No. It is not permissible to use purchased files from your main account on your alternate account.
Each file purchase is valid for one license and is intended for use on a single account (The account you purchased for).
Why do you have a credit markup on the products I have to derive from?
The files that you are purchasing are worth far more than you are paying. By having a small credit markup it helps ensure that I can possibly recoup some of the losses in selling for a lower price. This makes it possible that you do not have to pay a huge upfront cost.
